I really thought after the last debacle of an app "upgrade" it couldn't get any worse. Boy was I wrong. Bad enough I couldn't access my Bill Pay accounts for 7 days, then have to create ANOTHER new pswd, but then the roll-out and the app isn't even supported on my device! I have to buy a new phone to use your app?!?! I go to the desktop version to handle things and what!?!? I can't access all the features there (Zelle). There's more to add, but I don't wanna be that guy and I'm outta space.

So many bugs. Yesterday it wouldn't allow me to transfer money from checking to savings. Today it's not even allowing me to login. I keep getting an error, that my session has expired error code 400016. I close the app and reopen, still get the same error. 🙄. I also hate that when I switch in between apps, the banking app goes completely black. It's annoying when you're trying to add up charges or type in your account/routing number to pay a certain bill. Bring back the old app!!!!!!

Honestly, one of the worst banking apps out there. It blows my mind how little this app does. It takes forever to verify my accounts (to link my bill pay) and the prompt windows are so small, I have to guess what options 1, 2, or 3 mean (phone call, text, email, but not necessarily in that order). It's a very basic app that needs a lot of work.
