The latest update of this app was not only unnecessary but has completely destroyed how simple it was to use. It is so far only causing more issues for me. I had to create a whole new login. I am also now receiving fraud alerts for almost every transaction using my debit card. After calling, it seems like they have added hundreds of regularly used vendors to a possible fraud list, and I will have to keep calling each time I use my debit card to approve the charge and hope that the vendors accept

I really thought after the last debacle of an app "upgrade" it couldn't get any worse. Boy was I wrong. Bad enough I couldn't access my Bill Pay accounts for 7 days, then have to create ANOTHER new pswd, but then the roll-out and the app isn't even supported on my device! I have to buy a new phone to use your app?!?! I go to the desktop version to handle things and what!?!? I can't access all the features there (Zelle). There's more to add, but I don't wanna be that guy and I'm outta space.

I hate this new app. I wish I had just kept the old one that didn't have any issues. This one takes about 5 mins to load every single time I try to use it. Yes, I've timed it. You can't use the biometrics to log in as it never loads for that. Which, is fine because I don't even care to use that, but the regular log in I have to hit login 4 or 5 times before it will actually go through. Then, it asks for a verification code every other time I log in, so there is additional waiting time. it sucks!
