Can't really think of any ways it could be improved. Update: Minus one star. Recently I've frequently been unable to send messages I've composed. It seems to be random. Have to copy paste into the Web app, which seems to always work. To be fair this may be less of an app issue than an issue with my specific hospital's servers or something. But I think the app should be able to fail over to at least save drafts locally if it loses server comms, or queue locally and try resending in background.

I find this app to be very convenient and user friendly. All your health info, test results reports from your health team, billing, etc are all located and easily found on this app in your account section. Also, so easy to communicate with all my Doctors whether it's a medical question, request an appointment or refill a script. Also lots of useful info on joining trials, etc Highly recommend.

This is great tool to stay in touch with my care team. Also to access medical records. Definitely easier and faster to text up my concerns then to call them in. Also if something comes to mind instead of forgetting what I want to talk about I can send messages 24/7. Dr's. send me messages 24/7 also. I highly recommend this app if your dr. is through this app. Only thing that needs work is being able to use my chart through this app.
