Kairos Timer is a distraction-free countdown timer designed for speakers, lecturers, teachers, and panel hosts. A coloured accent bar and progress indicator change as your time runs out — so you can check your progress with a single glance, without interrupting your flow.

COLOUR PHASES

A glowing accent bar at the top of the screen tells you exactly where you stand:

• Mint green — you're on track
• Amber — time to pick up the pace
• Coral — almost out of time

All phases are fully customisable: change the colour, adjust the threshold (when each phase kicks in), and write your own message. Add as many phases as you like. Colour transitions animate smoothly so there's no jarring flash.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Enter your presentation duration (HH : MM : SS).
2. Tap INITIALIZE.
3. Place your phone where you can see it — face-up on the lectern, propped on the desk, or beside your notes.
4. Glance at the aura bar colour whenever you need a time check.
