Welcome to the ExamShield mobile app, LanguageCert's companion for taking remote language tests with a real person online. ExamShield enhances security and ensures a seamless exam experience.
Here's what you need to do:
- Download the app at least 24 hours before your test.
- Install the ExamShield desktop app via your LanguageCert Candidate Account.
- Run a compatibility check on your computer.
- On your exam day, log in to both apps at least 10 minutes prior to your exam.
If KYC is required for your exam, complete the verification process before your test by following these steps:
- Capture your ID using your device’s camera.
- Scan the NFC chip from your ID (if applicable).
- Capture a live photo of your face for biometric verification.
- Confirm your details and submit for validation.
If applicable, use your mobile device as a second camera for increased security during your exam.
