I was completely registered until the app updated. Now it's asking me to pay again and I have a lifetime protection. And I can't reset it up. When I click on my pets it says add the new pet she's not there. Who can I contact to show the screenshot i'm seeing so I can fix this Update We are back in business and my pet is registered and everything is good. Thank you for reaching out to me and fixing this problem so quickly.

Hello Jo, Pixie is fully registered. If you click on my pets in the app it will show registered in green. There is an announcement image at the top of the screen that displays the registration cost that is there for information purposes and I apologize if that caused and confusion as it remains there even once your pet is registered.

Personally, I believe this is a great program to register your pet's microchip and insure that it remains registered for the pet's lifetime. One less worry for the owner. They also sell some nice tags, cards, etc, to make it easy to take serious action should your pet go missing. And customer service proved excellent when I needed it. Halee was wonderful! I don't know what folks expect, but as long as they maintain the critical registration and allow us to update contact info as needed - GREAT!
