Ratings and reviews

I'm currently a high school student, and this app is very convenient for me, as a student who wanted to study about the law in advance. But, i hope that it has an option to change the language into tagalog 'cause i can comprehend more if it is tagalog, if possible.

I may not have been the one to get the app. I have a hacker who has messed with the algorithm of my email, Google app account profiles, and it stinks.
