MyCoach247 is a 24hr per day, 7 day a week living-support App for adults who are IDD (Intellectually and Developmental Disabilities). The App provides an IDD adult with on-demand support through texting, phone conversations or video conferencing, because no problem is too small or too big when you need help. Every IDD adult has their own personal calendar that is managed by them or their Coach. They can text their Coach any time, day or night as well as call them directly. If the Coach feels a video conference is needed, they will send a link to the IDD adult, which starts the video feed. IDD adults get notifications from their calendar, which are categorized by Work, Social, or Health. Coaches can assist IDD adults across a multitude of daily living challenges, as well as encourage our IDD Clients to become more independent. Clients benefit from having a 24/7 support team that is always looking out for their best interest, safety, and wellbeing… just like Mom and Dad
