Amazing bank. At the bank itself there friendly and very helpful. They will do whatever you may need and I never left once not 100% satisfied. Online banking with them is safe and secure. My old phone got hacked and it never made it to my bank account. 5 stars all day. Thank you Plus Credit Union. Ill be a member for life. 🙏

the update makes signing in such a hassle. they need to quit trying to fix stuff that's not broken leave stuff alone

Awful, worst banking app I have ever used, you can't edit a payee. If you make a mistake, you have to delete it and start all over again. The layout is horrible and difficult to use. Navigation is awful, with no 24-hour service. Seems like some Crack-Head Design this app🙄. They should have at least asked their customers if they wanted this new app or gave them the option to stay with the old one app. JUST HORRIBLE!!!!! Oh, there's more if you had pay a friend, it doesn't transfer to the new app
