PPSSPP is the original and best PSP emulator for Android. It runs a lot of games, but depending on the power of your device all may not run at full speed.

No games are included with this download. Use your own real PSP games and turn them into .ISO or .CSO files, or simply play free homebrew games, which are available online. Put those in /PSP/GAME on your SD card / USB storage.

I only got this to play one game and I had never used this emulator before, but despite that it works really well! Even with touchscreen controls it works great, although connecting a controller and using that instead is ideal. The game loaded quickly and had barely any lag or input delay, and the visuals were nice and crisp. The emulator itself also comes with a ton of options for further tweaks, but for me it worked fine without changing anything.
