PPSSPP is the original and best PSP emulator for Android. It runs a lot of games, but depending on the power of your device all may not run at full speed.

No games are included with this download. Use your own real PSP games and turn them into .ISO or .CSO files, or simply play free homebrew games, which are available online. Put those in /PSP/GAME on your SD card / USB storage.

I have quite a few emulators on my phone (Galaxy S8 for the record) and this is by far the best. Plays all of the PSP roms I've tried on it with no issues. Never crashes. There are enough graphical options at my disposal that I can actually make the games look BETTER than if I played them on a real PSP. The user interface is also top notch. Stylistic and easy to navigate.

PPSSPP is by far one of the best emulators avaliable, period. It not only streamlines the emulator experience with intuitive and simplictic UI, but it also has one of the smoothest emulation experiences of any mobile emulator, regardless of game intensity. The only possible drawback of PPSSPP is the lack of inclusion of a native cheat database, and even then, that's a complaint thats hardly relevant with how simple it is to add your own cheats anyway. This emulator is perfect for psp emulation.

Thanks a lot for making this emulator. Works great on my Huawei P30 Pro. I love that I can pair my PS4 controller and use it to play classics like GTA Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories on the go. It's very smooth and plays these games without a hitch. The PSP ported over some nice PS1, 2, and 3 games and this emulator runs them beautifully. I'll update my review if or when I find a game it doesn't run well. It won't affect my rating though, 5 stars all the way.
