The absolute worst hospital onboarding process that I have ever experienced. Zero communication, no follow up, absolutely impossible to talk to a person.

Downloaded on phone just fine. Wouldn't let me log un though. Took me back to the main screen after putting in the verification code. Had to put it on my mom's phone to get on it. Turned out to be useless. Just told me when i had to be there on my first day, everything else was taken care of.

Not so good I was able to download, install and log in to it. Was able to use it for a couple of days. Then it wouldn't let me log back in. Try multiple times, different hours and days, but no good.
