Winner of the 2022 Digital Awards, in the “Best Future of Work Project” category, this application allows Ageas employees to schedule flex-work days, park reservations, visits and carpooling offers, according to a set of defined rules, thus enabling you to manage your presence at the group's facilities more efficiently. Current circumstances were taken into account, and a contingency mode was incorporated to follow recommendations regarding maximum capacity in buildings and voluntary face-to-face work. All employees have access to the application on Desktop or Mobile, allowing them to use the application's features anywhere.
