With the most recent update (2/27/24), I've reduced the rating from 5 to 4. The datk mode color is set to blue and is not easy on the eyes. The previous dark mode executed better. Also, there aren't as many settings that the user can select from; for instance opening the app directly to the daily devotional. Instead, you enter in the main screen and then have to tap to view the devotional. This update is a step back in user experience.

This app has been really good, but in the most-recent update the Bible translations are extremely limited. It's quite annoying to have to open YouVersion to read the translation I normally read and juggle two apps to do something that was previously possible in one app. The floating "share" icon is also distracting. I'm going back to using an older version.

YES!! The newest update fixed the crashing issue AND made the app SO MUCH better!! Dark mode is throughout! 👍🏻 Daily scripture is within the app! 👍🏻 Reminders fixed. 👍🏻 Reading streak, you'll see, it's perfect! 🥰 One tiny "thing"... There's no choice in settings to have the app open to the daily devotional, like the old version. I can get used to it, but it sure was convenient. 😉 THANK YOU ODBM for creating this app & this most recent update! I could say more, but out of characters. 🤣
