It's so frustrating when I try to login with my correct password and username only to see ' your password or username isn't correct '. Then when I try to troubleshoot it says that the service is currently unable to connect. Like I don't know what's going on with this app please. I Uninstall the app then re-download it again but results remain the same. I need help.

I always made payments to my vehicle loan exclusively using an external account. Recently I added checking with rbfcu. On making a large payment last night, I selected my external acct, but then accidentally selected "custom" amount to pay. So I went back one screen, and selected "pay off balance". After the payment posted, I saw that because I went back one screen to fix the amount to be paid, the app also automatically defaulted back to the new rbfcu checking acct for the payment source!! 😤

Ever since they updated to the new app, it's been super hard to log in to my account. I use my fingerprint, doesn't work. So I manually type in my password, still doesn't work. This is getting ridiculous. I've had to uninstall and install again 5 times. The 2 stars is generous only because when I finally get in I can do what I need to do.
