I cannot access my rbfcu mobile app on either of my smart phones. I have contact customer support, they tried to solve the issue to no avail. After been placed on hold abit and three reps later I was told they need to conduct a further investigation with IT. I received an email from the head rep indicating that I may have typed ' ALLOW' (TEXTmsg). WTH?! I have tried typing different variations(still no access as of yet btw). place a callback and have not heard from them.

Recent updates broke the mobile deposit feature, it won't focus on the check, and wants you to hold the phone dead still for too long. if it can't focus it locks up completely. the rearranged transfer menu has added unnecessary steps, have to click through to many choices just to transfer from checking to savings. the app was better 4 months ago.

What happened to this app? It used to be so dependable. For the last week, I can log in but it won't let me actually see any account info before it logs me out again. I tried a reinstall and the same issue persists. I sign in, the accounts page loads, I click on an account and I get redirected back to the log-in page. Unacceptable! I hope they get this sorted asap.
