The Traffic Fines app does not represent a government agency and is not an official app of the State Traffic Inspectorate (GIBDD) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
The source of government data is the State Information System GIS GMP, access to which is provided by the non-bank credit institution MONETA (OOO) (OGRN 1121200000316, Bank of Russia License No. 3508-K dated November 29, 2017) under an agreement, as specified in the list of platforms on the NPO MONETA.RU website (https://moneta.ru/info/d/ru/public/users/nko/marketplaces.pdf).
The Ray.Traffic Fines app is designed for checking and paying traffic fines, registering for e-OSAGO insurance, paying tax arrears, and obtaining reference information on road traffic.
Payment and personal data protection:
All transactions are processed through dedicated secure communication channels. Card payments are secured using 3D-secure technology. We do not store your bank card details.
Payment of traffic fines is handled by NPO MONETA.RU (LLC). License No. 3508-K of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation dated November 29, 2017. Payments are PCI DSS-certified.
To check and pay fines, you need to complete a few simple steps:
1. Add your vehicle registration certificate (VRC) for individuals and your driver's license (DL). Traffic fines are displayed with a photo, the address of the violation, and the Administrative Code article under which the violation was issued. This will help you verify that the fines were not received in error and also help you know where to drive carefully in the future to avoid further traffic fines in that area.
2. If you have a fine, you can pay it with a bank card. You can also pay your fine using SberPay and SBP – it's quick and convenient. You receive a 50% discount when paying your fine within 20 days of the date the fine was issued.
3. After paying the fine, you will receive a bank payment order and a receipt for the fine. You can provide these documents to the traffic police officer if necessary.
Our technical support hotline will provide you with all the information about your fine and its payment status.
In addition to checking and paying fines, the app offers other useful features:
- Apply for e-OSAGO insurance in 5 minutes. Choose your favorite offer from a wide range and receive your insurance policy by email.
