Absolutely horrible customer service. I have spent 2 months trying to get on. I switched brokerages and they could care less about helping clients. Given the run around constantly even with the premise of a new client in the tune of 1500 agents. Extremely disappointing as the software itself is great. But good luck setting it up correctly and getting ok in touch with anyone.

This is an IT ticket. The app has many glitches - not being able to scroll down in listing details, filter screen not propagating, app shutdowns when opening pictures, and scrolling issues when attempting to do so. In addition, the app needs a way to filter the list view to organize by acreage, sqf, and locations for user and not just the realtor. Hope to see some improvements as this is the portal many realtors use - it should reflect that! God bless

The map no longer works on my pixel. Every time I select a house to view, the map breaks when I exit out of the home I was viewing. Filters no longer work.
