Ratings and reviews

Absolutely horrible customer service. I have spent 2 months trying to get on. I switched brokerages and they could care less about helping clients. Given the run around constantly even with the premise of a new client in the tune of 1500 agents. Extremely disappointing as the software itself is great. But good luck setting it up correctly and getting ok in touch with anyone.

Full of bugs. When I click on images within a property, app resets to home screen. Most filters are missing in search. Lot size is hidden down below in the details. Can't see recently sold homes in the search area. Years behind Redfin.

Would be better with more filters. Users could save time by eliminating properties that lack some of the important items on their wish list.
