About this app

My Rumat is a safe and reliable application developed by Faros ERP for Rumat.

The application enables faster and easier communication with representatives of co-owners.

Through the mobile application, users access data about the building at any time from any location.

The application enables users to:

- Traffic monitoring
- Account balance
- Joint reserve
- Debt review for the joint reserve
- Credit debit
- Information on the amount of the reserve
- Information about the authorized representative
- Verification of payment orders without personally coming to the branch for signature and seal.
- Rumat assigns authorized representatives an ID and password with which they can connect through the web interface.

Each co-owner can be assigned personal access data at his request upon presentation of proof of ownership (e.g. title deed in PDF format and scanned ID card).

At no charge, certify an unlimited number of orders without unnecessary trips to the branch!
