Proxy Tools is an Android app for managing proxy profiles through the device’s system VPN interface.

The app lets users save multiple connection profiles, start and stop the active profile, and choose whether routing should apply to all device traffic or only to user-selected apps.

How the installed apps list is used:
• the installed apps list is used only so the user can choose which apps should use routing
• app selection is performed locally on the device
• installed apps data is not used for advertising or data resale

Important:
• uses the Android system VPN mechanism for traffic routing
• the system may request VPN permission before connection starts
