HOW ROCKQUEST WORKS

• Discover rocks nearby: Check the feed to discover painted rocks hidden near you, starting with the closest ones.
• Follow the clues: Head toward the indicated location and use the photo, description, and hints left by the person who hid the rock.
• Start the hunt: Look carefully around the area and see if you can spot the hidden painted rock.
• Record your discovery: When you find it, mark it as found in the app and share your discovery with the community.
• Keep it or keep the adventure going: You can keep the rock, or take it with you and hide it somewhere new for another person to find.
• Watch its journey grow: When a rock is hidden again, its adventure continues. Follow its journey and discover all the places it visits over time.
• Don’t miss new rocks: Keep RockQuest installed and get notified when a new painted rock is hidden near you.

CREATE YOUR OWN TREASURE HUNTS

Paint a rock, add it to RockQuest, choose a hiding place, and leave clues to help others find it. Your creation becomes a small real-world treasure waiting to be discovered.

Whether you're going for a walk, visiting a park, exploring a new city, or simply looking for something fun to do outside, RockQuest can turn any outing into an adventure.

Paint. Hide. Find. Re-hide. See how far your rocks can travel.
