Ratings and reviews

Since the latest update, i have been unable to purchase any tickets using the app. The app always fails when loading the payment screen. Also, none of the self kiosks at Dubai hills are working. Everyone is being forced to buy tickets from the counter.

Very bad experience... whenever I choose the seat and proceed to payment, it never goes through and it shows error... we are in 2024 so the app should be at least working fine, who books at the cinema box office??!!

Payment doesn't work after the last update, every time I select the seats and click on pay it reverts to a blank page and says try again!!!
