About this app

MaxCargo Staff is the internal application for employees of the Max Cargo parcel shipping service. It is intended exclusively for warehouse staff, operators, and supervisors with company-issued credentials.

PARCEL RECEIVING
• Scan parcel tracking numbers with the built-in barcode scanner
• Record weight, dimensions, and notes during intake
• Attach photos as proof of the parcel's condition on receipt
• Bind parcels to customer accounts on the spot

PARCELS
• Search and browse all parcels in the system
• View full parcel history and current location

SHIPMENTS
• Track outbound shipments: transport method, destination, and status
• Add parcels to shipments and submit location updates

TASK QUEUE
• Handle exceptions in a dedicated problem queue: damaged parcels, customer mismatches, missing data
• Keep the backlog moving with clear task statuses

WORKS OFFLINE
• Receive parcels even without a network connection
• Queued operations sync automatically when you are back online — built for real warehouse conditions

ROLE-BASED ACCESS
• Each employee sees only the functions allowed by their role and permissions
• Operators get read-only views; supervisors get full management actions

Access requires a staff account issued by Max Cargo. This app is not intended for customers — customers should use the Max Cargo app instead.
