I've had them for years. They are always available and always extremely helpful. I wouldn't trade them for any other institution. I only wish they had a few more branches, but that's minor

there are occasional connectivity issues, but the customer support Is top notch, if you must call, ask for Judy. Hint:If the app ever fails to connect just log into your bank account via the Web page and just like that, you're in. after many years as a member I can assure you that Salalcu is an excellent local financial institution.

All I want to do I remove an account so that it does not get charged and they need to send me a form in the mail for me to wet sign a document and mail it back. I have done the same exact thing with many other institutions in a matter of seconds from my phone but Salal is stuck in the 1800's. Their app is horrible and the customer service does not know what they are doing.
