I've had them for years. They are always available and always extremely helpful. I wouldn't trade them for any other institution. I only wish they had a few more branches, but that's minor

All I want to do I remove an account so that it does not get charged and they need to send me a form in the mail for me to wet sign a document and mail it back. I have done the same exact thing with many other institutions in a matter of seconds from my phone but Salal is stuck in the 1800's. Their app is horrible and the customer service does not know what they are doing.

Using my current information I cannot access my account. Trying to register my date of birth is a nightmare. There is no way to type it in, instead I had to scroll back through 40 years of calendars to get to my birthdate. Then I was on the wrong month and it reset me all the way back to 2018. This is so frustrating. Not user friendly and a waste if time.
