App is not opening in my phone... redmi note 9 pro max

See I'm putting this in straight front of u.. Whenever a lot of people try to use it at the same time, the server goes down automatically.. If u open it at that time it just buffer, no information, no classes, no homeworks & even no assessments. It does a lot of problem then and I need to be dependent on others for class link👎👎. You better solve this problem if you want to get some more stars ⭐⭐I hope that u guys will do something soon about the app's cheap server .......so......do it fast😡
