About this app

Soundscape uses 3D audio technology to help users with visual impairment build a fuller and more complete awareness of urban environments, giving them a richer understanding of where they are and what is around them. This in turn helps them to navigate with greater confidence and more independence.
Users can search for destinations and then save markers and route information which they can use to help guide them. As they travel they will hear a description of upcoming road junctions along with nearby points of interest.

What’s new

This is the first release to contains audio menu and voice command remote control. It also includes improvements to behaviour when the screen is off and a fix to reduce queuing of audio callouts.
