About this app

Screen HRM is a complete HR solution for you and your team. To use the mobile app, create your account on the web version of Screen HRM and sign in with your company credentials.

The Screen HRM mobile app brings essential HR tools to your phone so you can stay productive away from your desk. Apply for leave, punch in and out, review attendance and timesheets, browse announcements, and access your employee card and profile. Supervisors can manage team leave requests, view staff attendance, and run performance evaluations — rate employees by cycle, add comments, and review detailed reports with scores and bonuses.

Module access depends on your organisation’s setup, so you only see the features enabled for your role. The app is designed for a clear, modern experience with secure sign-in and support for your company’s HR workflows.

What’s new

The employee card matches the website: 10 pages instead of 11. Salary includes bank info, contact details include emergency contacts and social media, and family and immigration are one page. Assets and Training appear when those modules are enabled.
Screens and actions follow the role's permissions. A custom role sees only what it is allowed to use.
Unpaid leave can only be requested as full days, not as hours.
