I love the easy access to being able to speak with our medical team directly. Thank you Children's for paying for the extra multi -patient use. Other hospitals have my chart and I am the caregiver but cannot have everyone in one. My chart app. I have to have multiple sign-ins and multiple apps. But Children's went above and beyond and allows me to keep all of my children and records for myself in one place.

So far, I love everything about seattle childrens, and the staff. I still get a bit confused finding where I'm going while there but that's my own issue. Extremely nice staff, clean facility, beautiful to experience. The staff are so kind and extremely helpful. I will say as much as I love having bathrooms that are most helpful for those who cannot use a knob/handle, it can be a severe inconvenience for those who have URGENT matters lol. All in all, THE BEST!

Great way to access messages and be in contact with the provider directly when something is going on. living over 100 miles from the hospital makes it a lifesaver and less stressful.
