About this app

Right on Time Parent helps authorized guardians coordinate drop-off, pickup, and family communication with a participating school or childcare organization.

Use the app to:

- Present a rotating QR pass for staff verification.
- Select the children included in a visit.
- Review drop-off and pickup confirmations.
- Read announcements from your organization.
- Submit updated guardian or child profile photos for staff review.
- Review and sign field-trip permission requests when offered by your organization.
- Tell staff when you are on your way, when that feature is enabled.

A private invitation from a participating organization is required. The organization—not the app—controls family records, guardian authorization, pickup rules, and access. Available features depend on the organization's configuration.

The live QR pass requires an internet connection to refresh. If the app loses its connection, it hides the QR until a fresh pass is confirmed. Device notifications require permission and may depend on the app being active. Always follow your organization's identity, custody, and release procedures.
