I love my Credit Union, and I loved the old app. Why fix something that wasn't broke? The only thing I like about the new app is it gives instant feedback why a check won't be accepted. But now I have to wait 24 hours at least for my check to be deposited which means a lot of my bills I have to auto pay on my payday either get declined or my account overdrafts. I miss the quick look into my bank account. I hate having to sign in and then click on my checking account to see my available balance.

The new app does offer a quick balance view for you to view balances without having to log into the app. To learn how to set the widget up, visit selco.org/help-and-support/account-management/enable-disable-the-quick-balance-widget. This app quit working with my Galaxy s20. Just says an unexpected error occurred. I've called the number multiple times and always get the same thing...uninstall then reinstall, clear the cache. And still the same. Have been told the tech will work on it and get back to me and never called back. Even had one tech tell me to buy a different phone. Really??? How about you fix your app to update with new technology on phones. Very frustrating I need this app because I live 25 miles from bank.

Update: It's working now. Thank you! This has been a great app for years. But now there's an error occuring. I took a screenshot of the error message that pops up on first loading the app. The message reads "A network connection error has occurred. MalformedURLException" hit ok and the app closes. Cleared cache and cleared saved data, uninstalled, rebooted device. New install and it does the same thing. Some help would be great. I'll call when I get home.
