Update: It's working now. Thank you! This has been a great app for years. But now there's an error occuring. I took a screenshot of the error message that pops up on first loading the app. The message reads "A network connection error has occurred. MalformedURLException" hit ok and the app closes. Cleared cache and cleared saved data, uninstalled, rebooted device. New install and it does the same thing. Some help would be great. I'll call when I get home.

Update: nearly 4 months later and they have resolved the issue. I hope this is a one-time glitch or if it does happen again, they do not leave their traveling/out of area member owners, out in the cold. Original: Useless for newest android update. Selco's solution: use the web version. Unacceptable. Banking has to be flexible. Waiting for customer service and technical support adds to the draw of banking elsewhere.

This app quit working with my Galaxy s20. Just says an unexpected error occurred. I've called the number multiple times and always get the same thing...uninstall then reinstall, clear the cache. And still the same. Have been told the tech will work on it and get back to me and never called back. Even had one tech tell me to buy a different phone. Really??? How about you fix your app to update with new technology on phones. Very frustrating I need this app because I live 25 miles from bank.
