I enjoy the ease of bill payment and transfers between accounts but I feel that the app was much better BEFORE the recent update. I really miss the "express view" feature which allowed me to view balances and acgivity on all of my accounts without signing in. Now, if I want to see if a transaction has processed I have to sign in and that takes considerably more time than just tapping an icon once and being able to instantly see what I need to see. Please bring back that feature!

I have been using this app for years with no issues. Within the past two weeks it has been a struggle to get logged into my account. I keep getting a message that reads "A network connection error has occurred. Socket timeout exception". All I want to do is check my accounts & pay my bills. Any help would be appreciated.

I like accessing my accounts on the app, but can you please fix bill pay? I logged in 3 times, and every time I went right to bill pay, clicked on "schedule a payment", and got kicked out all 3 times. I'm using a brand new Pixel 3. Later that evening I reinstalled the app, and the same thing happened 3 more times. I can see once or twice a month, but 6 times in 1 day? Please fix!!

We greatly apologize for any inconvenience. We are reaching out to you via a phone call and or email. We have a known issue on newer phones and are working with our vendor to correct.
