Sfera Civitas

About this app

Sfera Civitas is a direct, independent, and verifiable democracy platform: it transforms citizen deliberation into real, transparent, and traceable decisions.

How it works, in five phases:

• Convene: any matter of public interest can be opened for debate.

• Deliberate: arguments are based on information and respect, not noise.

• Propose: concrete proposals emerge from the conversation.

• Vote: the vote is end-to-end encrypted, anonymous, and verifiable. The system knows WHAT you vote for, not WHAT you vote for.

• Publish: the results are published and auditable by anyone.

Browse issues by territory (state, region, province, or municipality), filter by subject and status, participate in open debates, and consult the published tallies.

Register today with your email address. Simultaneously, your verified identity will be delivered with a digital certificate for fully guaranteed decisions.

Sfera Civitas is an independent and non-partisan initiative. Real democracy is about deciding.
