When someone goes missing, the first hours matter most.

Shepard's Beacon helps families and communities organize the search for a missing loved one — creating a case, sharing an accurate description, collecting sightings, and getting the word out fast.

Report a case in minutes
Walk through guided intake to capture the details that matter: physical description, last known location, what they were wearing, medical needs, and photos. You can type it or simply talk — the app can take the report by voice when writing feels like too much.

Share far and wide
Generate a shareable flyer and send it to your own social accounts, or text it straight to your contacts. The people most likely to recognize a face are already in your phone.

Collect sightings from the community
Anyone can submit a sighting with a photo, a short video, or a voice note, tagged with the location and time. Reports flow into one place instead of scattering across text threads and comment sections.

See it on a map
Sightings, last known locations, and points of interest are plotted together, so patterns become visible and search efforts can focus where they matter.

Organize volunteers
Coordinate search parties, track who has signed up, and keep everyone working from the same information instead of rumors.

Built with law enforcement in the loop
Verified law enforcement accounts can access case information directly, so what your community gathers reaches the people who can act on it.
