GPdI (Pentecostal Church in Indonesia) in Palembang, South Sumatra, has its roots in the Pentecostal movement started by missionaries Cornelius Groesbeek and Richard Van Klaveren from the United States in 1921. GPdI Palembang is currently pastored by Rev. Daniel Widodo Enggar. The church's vision is "To Become a Congregation Maturing in the Word, Ready to Win Souls."
As one of the oldest Pentecostal churches in Indonesia, GPdI continues to grow and has a large congregation in Palembang, currently serving locally at GPdI Segaran and Bukit Laut churches.
