I was able to access the app successfully before and now I am not able to do so. Not sure if there was an update that's blocking me but I have tried to change my password and uninstall and reinstall but it's the same error- the app doesn't open it says 'SHRM Certification keeps stopping.'

The app no longer functions for Android/Samsung. It will try to open for a fraction of a second and then won't open. Error Message says the app keeps stopping (no kidding). I had no problems prior to the latest update of this app in October. Please fix.

I have not been able to log in 😟 when I install and then try to login, I am instantly kicked off. I have tried to reset my password but it did not work. Sad that I paid for the course and was told that I would have access to this feature, then never had. Emailing for help was unsuccessful. I was so excited about getting this certification, but now I feel defeated.
