Hi, I used to get notifications previously for this app but now I have to physically go into the app to see the messages. All the settings seems to be fine. I dont know where the problem is. Missing out on the crucial communication from the school as I am not getting notifications. I would appreciate someone from the team helps me with the problem.

Confused. Just another app tracking people, taking up space on phone and certainly not making communication easier. I mean I can send a email stating what this does. If it was full communication not just sick then perfect. I mean how hard is it to get school have one app for all. Sorry will be deleting

Hi Georgia, sorry to hear you didn't get on with the Studybugs app. In case you missed it, when you create a message there's an option to "send other message", which you can use for any other type of communication. There's also a web version (studybugs.com) if you want to report absence online without using the app. I hope that helps.

Since my husband signed up for this app, I am no longer receiving any messages from the school but he is. Surely both parents should receive the messages just incase one doesn't have a phone on them. For example it was none school uniform day for my son's class and my son wore school uniform because my husband got the message but he lost his phone. We didn't find out until AFTER school.
