What’s new

What's new in 1.0.4:
• Fixed an issue where "Start Questionnaire" could fail with a "Bad URI" error on some devices, especially after forms were updated or replaced. If no form is available, the app now shows a clear message.
• Improved reliability of audio recording and location tracking while the app runs in the background.
• Updated for the latest Android versions (Android 16).
• Includes the progress dialog crash fix from 1.0.3, plus general stability improvements.
