About this app
The UCS - facility application, referred to as KITUONI APP, provides a platform for
registering individual clients in different services which are HIV, HTS, Index
Contact, Child Client, LTFU, ANC, PMTCT, HEI. Labour & Delivery (L&D) and PNC. It also provides a platform for receiving clients from communities that have been referred to the facility by the CHW. The received referrals are stored in the referral register and in their respectable referral service registry.
