- Muqeema (Stay-in Services): Housemaid & Personal Assistant & Private Chauffer
Muqeema’s contracting starts from one month to 24 months with a guarantee of continuity of service and training of our service providers, where we accept full payment or easy payment through Dynamic Packages for long monthly contracts (12 months and 24 months)
- Munasabat (Hourly Hostesses)
The journey of contracting with Raha does not take more than 60 Seconds and the payment methods are many, including (SADAD, ApplePay, credit cards, e-wallet, loyalty points), and by downloading our application you will be able to exclusively review our offers throughout the year.

Ratings and reviews

Clear and easy to use. I would have given it 5 starts but was not able to locate the contract copy in the app. Yes, at certain steps, it gives the option,but once the contract is approved, there is no record of it in the App. I suggest automatically sending a copy of the executed contract to the customer. I also suggest streaming the chat conversation. Send a copy of the conversation to the customer, and do not ask the customer questions about information already available or have been entered.

The help center either so quick or so slow !! There is a problem with the App. Every time i try to proceed with the payment it keeps on showing that " the service is currently unavailable " and no help center is responding to help !!!

The app is frustrating I wanted to schedule monthly visits, I couldn't since I still don't know what cities they approve of, so I wanted to send a inquiry and it won't send, I clicked on the chat with us and they immediately closed the chat with me saying what I want, it's just not worth it. Be clear and fix the errors otherwise it's so frustrating to use.
