At 1 point in time, trilogy had great deals and friendly staff, making it easy to overlook the flaws, the example being their rewards system and price inflation. Any customers who think they're getting a discount with the reward system are truly high. Instead of one or two employees having an attitude now, all of them do. They're not personable and very dismissive. The lines are excessive. The parking is unregulated.

Sola, the assistant manager, and Ken, were helpful, friendly and competent. They caught an error with my order and fixed it asap. Thanks Sola and Ken for the efficient and quality service, as well as the easy convo and jokes. Trilogy is built upon good people and Sola and Ken live up to this standard
