Finally got the mobile deposit to work again after a year or so. Now I can't even get it to open to a log in page. Aaaaagggg! Used to work great! Never had any issues till a few months ago. Suddenly the mobile deposit doesn't work at all. It either won't take the picture at all, or if it does it crashes the app. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall several times still not working. Very frustrating!

I have been trying to get help with mobile deposit for 6 months and we have emailed back and forth but the issue is still not resolved. They said the last update would fix the issue but it has not. I was able to deposit from my Android before and now I am unable. It still kicks me out when I'm taking a pic of the check. Very frustrating!!!

When attempting a deposit ,after taking a picture the screen freezes and then kicks you out of the app. The older versions never had this problem . Update : The app finally works right and now you want to update it ! I hope it works the way it's supposed to.
