I'm not sure what happened over the last month, but The app won't let me log in. It'll say, preparing... blah, blah, thanks for your patience (I don't have any, anymore) tidying up blah, blah, all the while the circle of death keeps spinning... I've tried to wait it out... five minutes later... still spinning... The only thing that works for a couple days is delete the app, power the phone down, reinstall the app and wait for two or three days, then do it all over again. called the bank, no help

Slow app. Always sluggish and inconsistent. It develops sluggish issues at the worst time when you need it to work. Keeps prompts with 'finishing up, thanks for patience' etc but I would love for the app developers to focus on a finished product instead of a beta. overall 2 stars out of 5? That's saying a lot about how much they care about our digital banking experience. This is crucial for this time period to be reliable in digital apps. Fix it.

Can't even open the app to begin with. Won't let me do certain transactions. Received text about them to comfirm it was me, which I said yes, and said my card was available for use again. Tried and failed again. Then they called. Confirmed it was me. Still can't do it. Added a bank to transfer money from the card to another card. Waited the 3 days for verification. Account has been verified. Won't let me transfer. Has been nothing but problems and a huge inconvenience for me.
