About this app

Thank you for your interest in my free recipes and roses app. I am a rose lover and love baking - even with roses. Especially fond of sweets, cakes and pastries.
Every week on my blog there is a new recipe, rose photos or DIY instructions with roses.

Highlights of the sugar&rose app:

• BLOG POSTS: Browse new, creative baking recipes for free and choose your favorite recipe from various categories. Save it to favorites or share it with friends directly from the app.
All recipes are created, tested and photographed by the app owner. The beautiful photos, often in pink, make you want to imitate them. A new recipe is added every week.

• Use the RECIPE SEARCH according to various criteria such as cakes, tarts, desserts, ice cream, drinks, warm pastries, bread, pantry kitchen or breakfast, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Advent & Christmas or all sorts of roses (rose salt , rose jam, rose syrup, etc.)

• ROSE PORTRAITS: Scroll through the photo collection of around 200 rose varieties, which is continually being updated. Flower buds, foliage and different flowering stages are shown as an aid to rose identification, arranged alphabetically and labeled with rose group, breeder, year of first introduction, height, flower description (color, size, filling), flowering time and scent.

• Other useful tools: a RECIPE INDEX for quickly finding over 250 baking recipes, a KITCHEN GLOSSARY with explanations of Austrian kitchen terms with German equivalents (e.g. Germ = yeast, whipped cream = sweet cream) as well common international kitchen terms (e.g. icing = sugar icing) as well as a ROSENINDEX with direct links to the Favorite roses.
