With Sutter Health’s My Health Online mobile app, you can:

Device won't stay synced with my phone. The same button is used to turn on blue tooth and to read blood pressure, so once synch fails, device assumes you want to take a reading. at that point, you have to take the batteries out and start over Called tech support and couldn't get a live person . Nice idea, half baked

The app would be okay if I could log in regularly when I need to. However, half the time the app tells me my username or password is wrong even after I try it two or three times. Then I just go over to the website and log in with no problem. I can just save time, skip the app, and go directly to the website. The app has always been glitchy like this with me.

the Sutter health team, along with their app, my Sutter health, has everything you need and it's clear what buttons to push to get what you want. it's amazing being able to send messages to my doctors. getting appointments is only taking me 2-3 days to be seen. it is unbelievable!!
