About this app

Note: This app replaces the existing MyChart app for Sutter patients. If you previously accessed My Health Online via the MyChart app, please discontinue use of the MyChart app and download this new, Sutter-specific app.

Use your My Health Online account at Sutter Health to manage your health information and send messages to your doctor and care team from your mobile device.

With Sutter Health’s My Health Online mobile app, you can:

- Message your doctor and care team
- Review test results
- Request prescription refills
- Schedule and manage your appointments
- Book same-day video visits
- View and pay your bill
- View your immunization history, medications and health reminders
- Access your family’s health information through proxy access

You will need to have an active My Health Online account before you can start using the mobile app. If you do not yet have a My Health Online account, you can find out how to register on our website:

The app is great for reviewing your personal information (test results, appointments and such) , but there is no "back" option. For example, when you click on an appointment to view the details, there is no way to go back to the home page, the only choices are "app preferences" and "exit", so you can only do one task at a time and have to exit out and then sign back in again which is very cumbersome and annoying! I sure hope this gets fixed!!!

This app has helped me so much. I'm taking care of a friend who has ongoing health issues and is in and out of the hospital a lot and also the e.r. he has medi-cal and is getting a new doctor it seems every few months (for some reason). This app makes transition between new doctors and specialists so so easy. Also if picked up by paramedics because all his health conditions, meds, visit summary and notes in one place is AWESOME!! Easy to get a hold of doctors on here too and they respond fast.

Mostly a good medical app. Makes login fairly easy (quite important, particularly considering stress a user might be under when trying to logon!) Could be easily better: EPIC, display a larger keypad, darn it! Doesn't quite have full functionality of web version (e.g., can't show table or graph of prior test results). In some ways a little better than web version (e.g., the "to msgs" shows specialty/department in addition to Dr.). But, EPIC ignores ALL USER REQUESTS! SHAME ON THEM!
