It's alright, but when it has a problem, there's nowhere but here to leave feedback about the app. It's constantly raising notifications for test results, messages and appointments that don't exist or have already been seen and dealt with. I'm afraid I'm going to have to block notifications from it, which a shame for a health app.

We used this for interacting with our provider organization(s), medical info, billing, proxy access and so forth for over a decade. It is full featured and has everything needed. The UI can be clunky and things were hard to find at first, given its older user interface design and implementation approach, thus with more sluggishness and more traffic to/from servers, rather than global search, on-device encrypted data and natural language agents. But the functionality is all there and it works.

Despite granting camera and microphone permissions, telehealth calls almost never work. Also, it constantly freezes up when logging into the app, and sends multiple upcoming appointment reminders daily starting about a week out from an appointment. The only good is the ability to access written records easily.
