I am so disappointed in just the way my transition of moving to another town has caused the headaches that I have endured. First, it took 2 mos. to get my new checks. And still they left out the #2 on my checks. It's a good thing it was on the delivery envelope. My car loan was paid off in May. They sent the title to my old address. Now it's going to cost me $35 to get another one. Tell your staff to take a few mins to check the customer's address before just mailing out documents.

You guys made it to where I have to re-sign in to a completely new app and I don't even know what my username and password is because I've always used biometric fingerprint scan or face recognition to get into the app I've never typed in my my password except for the one time when I set it up every single time you guys update the app I have to call the bank and reset my username and password I'm definitely closing my account!!!!!! I think I'm going to switch to Wells Fargo!!!!!!!!!

Always friendly and professional service. There was only one time that was not satisfactory. I pulled out a large sum of cash and was asked by the teller what my intention was for this money. My money is my business, not the CU Associate's. I don't know if they're required to ask, but its an inappropriate question as far as I'm concerned. Other than that one time, they've been fantastic!
