The Sunrail service is great, but the application is horrible. Makes you change your password Everytime you need to sign in and takes hours to receive the password reset email. You have to sign in outside the app to see the balance on the card. The web interface is even ten times horrible. You have to get a degree to learn how to add the suncard to the account, add money to the suncard and how to setup autopay. No intuitive at all.

I was able to register an account easily but after that, the app keeps on crashing constantly. It's annoying. It's unintuitive. Why have an app on my phone that let me hold my sunrail pass if the app is just going to keep on crashing consistently upon opening? This is steering potential customers away.

After filled the registration info, page won't proceed. Just says "something went wrong" Trains don't operate on Sat & Sunday
