The Sunrail service is great, but the application is horrible. Makes you change your password Everytime you need to sign in and takes hours to receive the password reset email. You have to sign in outside the app to see the balance on the card. The web interface is even ten times horrible. You have to get a degree to learn how to add the suncard to the account, add money to the suncard and how to setup autopay. No intuitive at all.

Don't bother. You can't even add a payment method. Just use their web login on a browser, which is pretty bad too.
