About this app

TCAF Connect puts trusted testicular cancer information and support in your pocket — free, private, and built by the Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundation.

Testicular cancer is the most common cancer in men ages 15 to 44, and it is highly treatable when caught early. Whether you have just been diagnosed, you are a survivor, or you love someone who has been affected, TCAF Connect is here to help you learn, act, and connect.

Learn and check
• Step-by-step testicular self-exam (TSE) guide with clear illustrations
• Signs and symptoms to watch for
• Plain-language guides to treatment — orchiectomy, pathology and staging, chemotherapy, and RPLND
• Key questions to ask your care team after a diagnosis

Stay on track
• Set a private monthly self-exam reminder
• Log your self-exams, track your progress over time, and earn badges
• Send a quick self-exam reminder to someone you care about

Find care
• Interactive map of Centers of Excellence across the U.S. and Europe
• Contact information for providers who specialize in testicular cancer

Connect
• Browse a directory of survivors and caregivers who have volunteered to help
• Filter by experience — diagnosis, treatment, language, and more — and reach out directly

Listen and stay involved
• Every episode of the "It Takes Balls" podcast
• Upcoming TCAF events and community programs

Private by design
TCAF Connect has no accounts, no logins, and no tracking. We do not collect your personal information, and there are no ads. Your reminders and self-exam history stay on your device.

TCAF Connect provides general educational information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health provider with any questions about your health.

Awareness. Support. Survivorship.
Free testicular cancer education, self-exam tools, and support from TCAF.
