This is an excellent app every page populates quickly, it's easy to maneuver, you don't have to guess if you're entering the correct link to take care of transactions. They don't bombard you with ads. The customer service is second to none, truly the epitomy of customer service. I've never had an issue that wasn't resolved expediently. I am very pleased with Texell & I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable banking experience...look no further you've hit the mother load.

Adding a new external account to pay a bill shouldn't take 3 days. There needs to be a more efficient way to add a new external account like what other banks offer. Trying to pay my credit card off but can't pay more than $750 at a time is ridiculous and getting charged $4.95 to pay with a debit card is absurd as well. Finally, you guys did a new overhaul of the app and website and still failed to add Zelle as an option, frustrating to say the least. Might look into Cadence Bank & switch over.

I just tried to enroll in this app and it keeps saying that my information doesn't match what texell have on file so I don't know what texell credit union have on file so I guess I will close my account and Go to a different place a different name credit union to open a new account
