This is an excellent app every page populates quickly, it's easy to maneuver, you don't have to guess if you're entering the correct link to take care of transactions. They don't bombard you with ads. The customer service is second to none, truly the epitomy of customer service. I've never had an issue that wasn't resolved expediently. I am very pleased with Texell & I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable banking experience...look no further you've hit the mother load.

Fix your app, its been 3 days and it won't work, quit coming out with updates that break it and just leave it alone.

The staff in branches have always been helpful and go out of the way to help me with whatever my issue might be. The ladies who work the phones are great, if they don't know an answer they tell me, and ask to place me on hold while they find the answer. Everyone is polite and do everything they can to make banking here a pleasant. I wouldn't even think of changing banks, I feel like I am home here.
