I do not like the new app!! It is not convenient for multiple accounts to check status independently. It's not convenient to have to look at multiple places for all accounts information. I could select the account in question and go directly into the information pertaining to it, not another option menu to check funds. Do not like this change for easy app convenience!

Worse bank I have ever dealt with. They do not pay any interest on checking accounts. The bill pay DO NOT USE! It's a joke! Payments do not reach the destination. The people that opened our account kept making errors on the ss numbers, which took over an hour to set up an account with cash in hand. I wouldn't recommend this credit union to anyone!

The main reason for my rating is that the deposit function is pretty much garbage. Sometimes when I tap the deposit icon it tells me I don't have any eligible accounts for check deposits. Also, at least, 50% of the time (if it doesn't give me the above error) it will give me an authentication error when both pictures of my check are completely clear. This is extremely irritating.
