Ratings and reviews

I'm an elementary user, but my experience with coinbase wallet is bad. Charges at every turn, unclear instructions, hard to find things in the app, overall bad. To top it off, the support is non-existant. Even the free quest rewards are bad in that you have to buy whatever it is close to the same amount as the reward, but you also have to pay all the transfer fees.

It is easy to use, which is nice, but it has a few bugs. If you buy a coin that has a 4% sell tax or higher, you cannot sell that coin because when you change the slippage to higher than 3% it reverts you back to the asset page, or the smart contract fails and you are forced to pay the network fee. This has cost me thousands of dollars and I'm sure other people much more. I don't think this wallet should have launched with such a crucial flaw. Also, some coin balances don't update.

I have been using CB wallet for a while and never had any issues. Within the past week, I somehow have lost the ability to send bitcoin. Customer service has just been a merry-go-round of automated responses usually focused on my own trouble shooting. There is nothing else I can do on my end. Besides that, the UI is nice and clean, they offer decent news articles, and are usually updated with current price changes. Unfortunately, you can't access or utilize your crypto.
