First of all, I was automatically logged out of the app. Secondly, I'm not receiving the OTP to log back in, and the customer support number is not accepting calls. I had recently purchased a monthly pass, but I'm unable to access it because of this issue. This has been a very frustrating experience. Honestly, it's better to buy a physical pass than rely on the app. Even when I'm in a crowded bus, the conductor asks me to scan the pass, and many conductors scold passengers if they don't tap "

The app is good overall for Bangalore but there’s a serious issue with the bus pass. I uploaded my photo while booking my bus pass. It was visible at first, but when I opened the app 10 days later, the photo had disappeared. Now conductors are asking how to verify my pass without a photo. Please fix this bug. Photos should be saved permanently on the server.

worst app. Trying to book a ticket for Namma metro but getting an error. Raised issue but no solution.bEvenni dropped email with error screenshot but not response or solution. Every time you get an error "try again after sometime '. Annoying and money got stuck forever in my wallet.
