This issue is happening with many users. I have a valid monthly pass, but the app was stuck on maintenance and didn’t open. The conductor asked for a ticket and said I could get a paper ticket only by going far, which is not practical. I was forced to buy another ticket even after already paying. Unreliable app, money and time wasted. Not recommended. 👎

This app is showing it is under maintenance, and you have to buy a ticket for your travel despite having a monthly pass. The maintenance should be done during the night when very few people are commuting rather than in the morning when people have to use the app. Is it another way of earning extra bucks. It's better to buy that normal pass rather than relying on this app.

The app showed “Under Maintenance” while I was traveling, so I couldn’t access my ticket. If the conductor or checking staff had come at that time, I could have been fined for no fault of mine. Such issues during travel are very risky for users. Please ensure maintenance is handled in a way that doesn’t affect active travelers.
