This app was working fine, but after the recent update I get an error when I try to enter my credentials. If I reset my pwd & try again, sometimes it works, but only 1x. Then I get the error again the next time I try to login. When it works, it forces me to enter a verification code which is INSANE to require every single time. I understand why some want 2FA, but let ppl choose it. I frequently can't access my finances b/c of the errors from this app. Pls fix it!

Mostly does what it is supposed to. Frequently has errors updating account balances as if it cannot access the servers. It absolutely refuses to stay on dark mode. It will start dark but as soon as you tap on anything it reverts to light mode. Not being able to copy routing and account numbers is a huge hassle. A number of things require it to open a browser page which isn't a huge deal but annoying.

Unable to enter new password into app. Trustone forces a password change, then the app locks out my account. Have to uninstall the app to be given the opportunity to enter new password. Not the best way to handle an app. I do like the app better than the website. It just isn't great to have my account locked out on a weekend when no one is around to unlock the account.
