Limited functioning features. Zelle doesn't launch. Certain features within the app doesn't launch either, just says unexpected error. Paperless option not available on the app or website.

I think your Zelle, should be able to use your sister's bank wescom instead of having to keep changing it back and forth, when you want to send money from your outside account.

EDIT: UCU has crashed on customer service. Poor reviews abound. Completely incompetent staff and management. Closed my account and transferred to a reputable Credit Union. This app was a constant problem. Uninstalled. Seriously consider moving to a reputable credit union. There are plenty. I wanted to love this CU but it's pathetically managed and not worth the hassle.
